Returns & Exchanges

At HUB Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new sneakers aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package the Product

  Place the unworn footwear in its original HUB branded box and secure it within a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
